About Scoliosis

Scoliosis, characterized by a sideways curvature of the spine, typically manifests during childhood. As the curvature progresses, proper lung function may be interrupted due to reduced space in the chest. To mitigate progression of scoliosis as the child develops, a spinal brace may be recommended.
